18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is made in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 regarding the record-keeping requirements for visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct.

Exemption Statement

All visual content on KinkSim — including images, videos, and character depictions — is entirely generated by artificial intelligence. No actual human beings are depicted in any visual content produced by or hosted on the Platform.

Because KinkSim does not produce, host, or distribute visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human performers, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A do not apply to any content on this Platform.

Platform Policy

KinkSim strictly prohibits users from uploading, sharing, or distributing any real sexually explicit content depicting actual human beings. All characters on the Platform must be entirely fictional. Creating characters that depict, impersonate, or are based on real people is expressly forbidden under our Terms of Service.

Any user-uploaded content found to depict real individuals in sexually explicit contexts will be immediately removed, and the associated account will be permanently terminated.

Minor Safety

KinkSim maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context. This applies to both AI-generated content and any user-uploaded material. Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
