About This Process
KinkSim is committed to preventing the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes. In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (signed into law May 2025), we provide this form for anyone to request removal of content that depicts them — or a minor they are responsible for — without their consent.
This form also serves as our designated channel for DMCA copyright takedown requests as described in Section 9.2 of our Terms of Service.
What Qualifies
- AI-generated images or videos that depict a real, identifiable person without their consent
- Content that uses a real person's likeness without authorization
- Any intimate or sexual imagery involving a minor (real or AI-generated)
- Copyright-infringing material hosted on the Platform
How It Works
Submit the form below or email us directly at legal@kinksim.com. We will review and respond to all requests within 48 hours. Content confirmed to violate our policies or applicable law will be removed promptly. For content involving minors, we will also notify the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
