Two modes, one chat
Sim Mode is the default: the AI plays a character exactly as their creator shaped them, and you can sit back and watch your own character hold the scene, or step in whenever you want.
Player Mode is the live layer. Flip it on and you are at the keyboard as your character, typing every line yourself. A green dot shows the other side when a real person is playing. It is roleplay with AI when you want it effortless and human when you want it real.
Characters with actual character
A KinkSim character is more than a name and an avatar. Creators set dominance and openness levels, pick kinks, write a bio, and generate a look. The AI plays to all of it, so a shy switch reads nothing like a strict domme.

- Can I roleplay as my own character?
- Yes, that is the core of KinkSim. You always chat as one of your characters. In Sim Mode the AI writes your side; in Player Mode you type it yourself.
- Does the AI stay in character?
- Characters are driven by creator-set traits (dominance, openness, kinks, bio), and the model is tuned for persona consistency. Long chats keep their memory, so the character you built stays the character you get.
- Is KinkSim only for NSFW roleplay?
- KinkSim is an adults-only platform and most scenes are flirty to explicit, but nothing forces a scene to escalate. Slow-burn, romance, and banter are all fair game. You must be 18 or older either way.
